Terms of Service

FleetClip · Last updated August 18, 2026

These Terms govern your use of FleetClip (“the Service”). By using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

FleetClip produces short vertical videos — assembled from licensed stock footage, generated from material you supply about your own brand, or edited from source material you provide and hold the rights to — and, after you review and approve each clip, publishes them to social accounts you have connected, on a schedule you control.

2. Your account & connected platforms

You are responsible for the operator account and for any third-party accounts (TikTok, Instagram and YouTube) you connect. You authorize the Service to act on those accounts only to perform the actions you initiate (publishing clips you approve). You may disconnect a connected account at any time.

3. Acceptable use & content rights

4. Your responsibility for posted content

The Service posts only the clips you approve. You are responsible for what is published from your accounts, including ensuring you have the rights to repost source material.

5. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any account actions taken by third-party platforms (e.g. content removal or account suspension).

6. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and disconnect your accounts at any time.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest version.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Latvia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
